Minimum stay required:
2 nights: 01.04.2021 – 05.04.2021 / 29.05.2021 – 06.06.2021 / 03.07.2021 – 24.09.2021 / 29.10.2021 – 01.11.2021 / 03.12.2021 – 12.12.2021 / 24.12.2021 – 09.01.2022
Rates include: à la carte breakfast, free Wi-Fi in all internal and external common areas, use of the outdoor Jacuzzi (based on opening hours and days), equipped solarium, sunbeds and towels.
Rates do not include: the tourist tax of Euro 1 per person for each overnight stay up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights for the entire calendar year. Children up to 12 years are exempt. This fee must be paid directly upon check-out.
Parking and transfer with ape calessino for a fee. Reservations can be made through our reception service.
Supplements:
- Extrabed for children over 3 years old and under 14 years old: € 50.00 per night, available only in Junior Suite Family room type
- Cot: € 10.00 per day
Reductions:
- Children from 0 to 3 years in bed with parents: free
- Double for single use: – 15%, available only in the Superior Double room type

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in is from 15.00 until 21:00. Any ” late check-in ” requests must be agreed before arrival and are subject to a surcharge of Euro 20,00 per room.
However, in case of necessity to arrive before the scheduled check-in time, the guests will be our welcome and, while waiting for their room to be ready, they may use the common areas.
Check out should be done by 11:00 am. Any requests for ” late check-out ” will be accepted only in case of availability.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival: no penalty
- Cancellations from the 6th day before arrival, no show, early departure, non-refundable rate: 100% of the stay
- Cancellations from the 6th day before arrival due to impediments to travel related to Covid2 (cancellation of flights, government ordinances and restrictions, other): in order to protect the stay of our guests, it will be allowed to move the dates of the stay up to to 30.09.2022 without application of a penalty or, alternatively, a voucher of the same amount will be issued which can be spent at Vico Bianco until 30.09.2022 after checking availability.
