If the customer cancels the reservation for any reason, the following penalties and / or cancellation fees will be applied.
Cancellation penalties:
- From the moment of booking until 8 days before arrival 30% of the total amount of the reservation coast is due.
- Less than 7 days before arrival 100% of the total amount of the reservation cost is due.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email.
NOTE: If the reason for cancellation is covered by the terms of the insurance policy, the guest must claim the costs for the cancellation following the procedure of the insurance company.
As a full sanitation of the property is required, the check-in time is after 3:00pm.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- The daily rearrangement of all the rooms will be carried out from 10.00 to 13.00 with the change of towels;
- change of bed linen is every three nights.
Accidental damage coverage to the property and / or furnishings, including in the common areas
It is mandatory the payment of € 5.00 per room as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damages up to € 100.00.

De accommodatie is modern en zeer efficiënt ingericht. Je staat binnen 5 á 10 min op het centrale plein van Ostuni. Wij hebben genoten in deze oase van rust en luxe oude. Een echte aanrader

Struttura ben tenuta, a due passi dal centro storico , parcheggio comodo, buona colazione.
Suite 5 con terrazza super consigliata :spaziosa, arredata con gusto , letto king comodo, bagno con doccia ampia , personale disponibile e gentile.

Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso, struttura bellissima a pochi passi dal centro storico di Ostuni. Unica pecca nella stanza è la mancanza di un armadio con annesse grucce, quindi è stato un po’ difficile organizzarsi con i vestiti ( camicie, abiti lunghi ecc)

Buongiorno Simona, vi ringraziamo della cortese recensione. L'armadio è ricavato nella nicchia all'ingresso, "nascosto" dallo specchio. Ci impegneremo nel renderlo più visibile. Vi aspettiamo nuovamente, a presto!

Solo come armadio un pó piccolo (abiti lunghi non ci stanno e non ci sono neanche ganci fuori sul muro).
