in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 "relating to the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data" (from now on Regulation), we wish to inform you about the processing of your data, which, in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, with particular reference to the confidentiality and protection of your data, we will process while browsing the site www.rarovillas.com (from now on SITE).

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT:

Navigation data
The IT systems and applications underlying the correct functioning of the Site may, during their normal operation, acquire some Personal Data through normal navigation protocols. The transmission of this data is implicit in the IT functioning of communication protocols and could through processing and association with data protected by third parties, allowing users to be identified.
Normally the collection of this information is not made to be associated with interested identifications but is necessary for the correct functioning of the site itself. The legal basis of the processing will be constituted for the purposes referred to in points 1 and 2 by the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party (art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation) as the processing is necessary for the 'service delivery;
For the purposes referred to in point 3, it is constituted of any obligations established by current laws, regulations or community legislation, and/or to satisfy requests from the authorities;
For the purposes referred to in points 4 and 5, the legal basis is explicit consent.

PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA:

We inform you that the provision of personal data is not mandatory for the purposes referred to in points 1, 2 and 3, however, if the data is not provided by the user the Data Controller will be unable to activate the Services provided by the Site (purposes 1, 2 and 3) and will not be able to respond to your requests.
For the purposes referred to in points 4 and 5 it is necessary to provide explicit consent; in case of refusal, your name will not be included in our marketing activities, and it will not be possible to offer you personalized promotional offers.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Your data will be kept only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, respecting the principle of minimization referred to in Article 5, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR. For processing that requires explicit consent as the legal basis, the data will be retained until the consent is revoked and in any case no longer than 5 years at the end of which you will be asked to renew the explicit consent. We specify that the consent for the purposes in points 4 and 5 may be revoked at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation itself.

SCOPE OF CIRCULATION AND LOCALIZATION OF DATA - Communication to Third Parties

- suppliers of the Data Controller, duly appointed as Data Processors (for example Travel Agencies);

In any case, your data will not be disclosed, sold or transferred to third parties.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

You will have the right to ask the Data Controller at any time to revoke any consent (art. 7) given, and access to your data (art. 15), rectification (art. 16) or cancellation (art. 17) of the same, the limitation of the processing that concerns him (art.18) or to oppose their processing (art. 21), in addition to the right to data portability (art. 20).
