If the customer cancels the reservation for any reason, the following penalties and / or cancellation fees will be applied.
Cancellation penalties:
- From the moment of booking until 8 days before arrival 30% of the total amount of the reservation coast is due.
- Less than 7 days before arrival 100% of the total amount of the reservation cost is due.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email.
NOTE: If the reason for cancellation is covered by the terms of the insurance policy, the guest must claim the costs for the cancellation following the procedure of the insurance company.
As a full sanitation of the property is required, the check-in time is after 3:00pm.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- The daily rearrangement of all the rooms will be carried out from 10.00 to 13.00 with the change of towels;
- change of bed linen is every three nights.
- All travellers benefit with 6% Agency Fees payment the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidents to the property.
With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00

- Les dimensions de la chambre au plafond vouté
- Une recherche esthétique certaine pour tous les éléments de décoration de la chambre
- Une belle surprise derrière le miroir : une télévision....
- Une grande salle de bain avec un très beau design - Linge de toilette changé quotidiennement
- Literie king size très confortable
- Un personnel à l'écoute et efficace pour la préparation et le service des sublimes petits-déjeuners
- L'accès à l'immeuble et à la chambre via un smartphone n'a pas été un obstacle
Parking aisé à proximité malgré la période (ponts de mai)

lovely place. well-located - a few minutes to the main piazza and everything else. very well-designed, high end fixture, finishes, etc. pool and roof deck are small but just right. downsides: this is a limited service hotel - no-one on site, the entry process is burdensome and complicated and entry only by a code on your phone can cause problems. The management company is available but any assistance is not necessarily timely. The pool was not clean(!).

Enchanting location a stone's throw from the historic centre with welcoming and very kind staff. Excellent breakfast and precision in the care of the rooms. Modern and domotised environment that maintains the charm of historicity and characteristics of the wonderful territory. Very recommended.

Sono rimasto semplicemente senza parole, per una settimana intera, tanto quanto il mio soggiorno! La struttura è in centro, le camere sono ampie e fresce e con un arredamento moderno, proprio come piace a me. I materassi sono comodi e confortevoli come quelli di migliore qualità, e avendo problemi alla schiena lo ho apprezzato oltre modo. La stuttura ha un fascino antico con un gusto moderno. Il bagno e la doccia sono veramente ben rifiniti e la doccia è spaziosa oltremodo, per non parlare della vetrata che ti permette di vedere verso la camera mentre fai la doccia. La biancheria da letto e da bagno aveva un profumo delizioso. Ho scoperto poi che in tutta la stuttura e nelle camere sono presenti dei profumatori tipici della Puglia che prendono il nome di PUMO di Puglia che hanno delle fragranze fantastiche. Sono riuscito anche a farmi il bagno nella piscina nell roof scoprendo poi che era disponibile anche l'idromassaggio. Ero da solo ed è stato un momento di totale relax. Il self check in a distanza inizialmente mi ha creato qualche dubbio, ma a pensarci bene e dopo averlo provato è veramente comodo e ti garantisce una grandissima libertà. La spiegazione che mi ha mandato per email la Sig.ra Tamara era precisa e chiara, ho inserito i codici e via dentro la camera a farmi una doccia calda, senza perdite di tempo inutili ai banconi della reception come invece avviene nei posti dove vado solitamente.
Una parola di ringraziamento alla Sig.ra Rita, la governante. Ti svegli la mattina, esci dalla tua camera, e trovi davanti a te una persona che ti attende con un buongiorno e con un sorriso. Semplicemente impagabile. Essendoci stato 1 settimana sono riuscito a perdere bottoni delle camicie e a sporcami di olio i vestiti. Nessun problema! Per questo c'è Rita. Top!!
Lo staff è pronto ad intervenire per ogni eventualità e ogni richiesta. Infatti non trovavo un panno per pulire le scarpe e si sono subito attivati anche per procurare dei kit da mettere in dotazione nelle camere. Questo dimostra che lo staff è aperto ai suggerimenti da parte dei clienti.
