Policies
If the customer cancels the reservation for any reason, the following penalties and / or cancellation fees will be applied.
Cancellation penalties:
- From the moment of booking until 8 days before arrival 30% of the total amount of the reservation coast is due.
- Less than 7 days before arrival 100% of the total amount of the reservation cost is due.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email.
NOTE: If the reason for cancellation is covered by the terms of the insurance policy, the guest must claim the costs for the cancellation following the procedure of the insurance company.
As a full sanitation of the property is required, the check-in time is after 3:00pm.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- The daily rearrangement of all the rooms will be carried out from 10.00 to 13.00 with the change of towels;
- change of bed linen is every three nights.
Accidental damage coverage to the property and / or furnishings, including in the common areas
It is mandatory the payment of € 5.00 per room as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damages up to € 100.00.
- All travellers benefit with 6% Agency Fees payment the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidents to the property.

Bellissima struttura in centro a Ostuni. Parcheggio auto abbastanza vicino. Molto comodo da raggiungere con i bagagli, a differenza di molte altre strutture situate nella parte alta della città chiusa al traffico. Consigliato!

Ho soggiornato una notte nella struttura, la camera bella e ben curata, colazione perfetta.
Posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale di Ostuni. Purtroppo ero convinta di poter fare un bagno nella piscina con acqua riscaldata ma l’acqua era tiepida, sarebbe stato bellissimo, se fosse stata bollente, essendo all’aperto.
In più in camera sotto la tv c’è un biglietto con su scritto che è possibile vedere Sky, ma la tv era inutilizzabile, non potevamo accedere a nulla se non a YouTube. Piacevole esperienza di soggiorno. L'alloggio era pulito e molto accogliente, inoltre si trovava in una posizione abbastanza comoda per l'accesso ad Ostuni paese. Unico piccolo neo è stato trovare l'alloggio, dal momento che non risulta molto facile da individuare. Ma al di la di questo, se cercate un alloggio tranquillo dove poter sostare questo è sicuramente il posto giusto. Ultima nota positiva è la colazione, ottima ed abbondante. Consigliato senz'altro.

Alloggio suggestivo nella bellissima città bianca di Ostuni. Self check in abbastanza intuitivo grazie alle istruzioni chiare fornite dall’host. La piscina sul tetto e la colazione squisita sono la ciliegina sulla torta che possono solo migliorare l’esperienza. Super consigliato.

La colazione era abbondante e deliziosa. Maria è una cuoca fantastica! Sono una bella squadra di donne ???? le nostre camere erano stupende, tutto molto pulito, personalizzato e ben progettato. La posizione era perfetta. Era lontano dal rumore in un vicolo. Molto ideale per scaricare la macchina e a soli 2 minuti a piedi dal centro. L'unico feedback che aggiungerei è un seggiolone ma a parte questo ci è piaciuto molto!

A wonderful spot. Room 6 ‘Romantic Grotta Dei Millenari’ was beautifully furnished, and was perfectly warm during a cold winter night. The breakfast service was amazingly generous. Very easy to access by foot after catching the bus from the station (especially if limited luggage), and close to everything across the Centro Storico. Only wish I had time to stay longer.

Remote check in and online access to rooms worked well after we followed instructions carefully. Staff were very helpful and efficient, especially the lady who served breakfast when our taxi to the airport failed to arrive.
